Refund Policy
At Bound to Nature, we are committed to creating an intentional, high-quality experience for every woman who joins us. Because this retreat involves significant planning, venue reservation, staffing and preparation, we have established the following refund policy to protect both our participants and the integrity of the experience.
By submitting a deposit or payment for the Bound to Nature Shibari Retreat, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non Refundable Payments
All payments are non-refundable within sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the retreat, except where otherwise stated in writing by the organizer.
If you need to cancel your participation within this window, your payment will not be refunded. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cancellation by the Organizer
If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to participants within 14 business days.
Please note that travel costs — including flights, visas and ground transportation arranged independently — are not the responsibility of the organizer and will not be reimbursed. We recommend booking refundable flights or travel insurance for this reason.
3. Early Departure & Missed Sessions
No refunds are provided for early departure from the retreat, missed sessions, or any portion of the experience not attended due to personal choice or circumstance.
We encourage all participants to honor their full commitment to the experience — both for their own journey and for the integrity of the group container.
4. Personal Cancellations
No refunds are provided for personal cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the retreat start date.
If you need to cancel outside of the 60-day window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation, which may include applying your payment toward a future retreat, at the organizer's discretion.
5. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan and cancel within the 60-day non-refundable window, all remaining payments are still due in full. Cancelling a payment plan does not cancel your financial commitment to the retreat.
